Jackson County Heritage Association
So you want to become a member of JCHA?
 
Museums, libraries, cemeteries, public institutions, friends’ groups and businesses or trade associations with an interest in the region’s history and cultural heritage may hold membership in JCHA. The Board of Delegates shall determine at the time of application, the class of membership of additional member organizations.
 
Full member organizations are qualifying Oregon nonprofit corporations or public institutions located in Jackson County, Oregon.  Only full members shall have the rights and obligations set forth in ORS 65.144(1).
 
Affiliate member organizations need not be incorporated or nonprofit. They shall have a voice in JCHA but no voting rights, or rights or obligations set forth in ORS 65.144(1), and may be asked to share in expenses of JCHA.
 
Terms and conditions of membership, including fees to defray expenses of JCHA, shall be established from time to time by the Board. The Board may, after giving written notice, cancel membership for failure to participate in JCHA activities for a period of six months.

The application fee is $15.00.  Please enclose your fee with your application.  Your fee will be returned if your application is not approved.
